本課程在介紹如何將基本之人力資源管理理論融入實務當中，協助學生瞭解並掌握人力資源管理的基本概念、理論與應用技術，以期達到理論與實務相結合的目標。同時，學生對企業界之人員選訓用留有更深入的了解，愈能於日後對企業與自身未來工作有所助益。課程目標為：學生在上完這門課時，能(一)說出有關人力資源管理的基本概念與重要理論；(二)應用相關知識去分析與診斷實務上的問題；(三)引發對人力資源管理與發展的興趣。This course introduces how to integrate basic human resource management theory into practice, helping students understand and master the basic concepts, theory and application technologies of human resource management, in order to achieve the goal of combining theory and practice. At the same time, students have a deeper understanding of the training of people and members in the enterprise, which will be more helpful to the company and their future work in the future. The course objective is: when students finish this course, they can (1) express basic concepts and important theories about human resource management; (2) apply relevant knowledge to analyze and diagnose practical problems; (3) Explore interest in human resource management and development.
人力資源管理(Human Resource Management)近年來深受國內企業界重視。人力資源管理是把人和組織結合在一起，透過系統化的方法，使個人得到發展，並達成企業組織目標為目的。本課程並以台灣產業界個案為例，探討人力資源管理之實務問題。
