教育目標 Course Target
本課程探討企業人力資源管理之功能展開及高階主管養成與組織領導行為，相關課程主題包括：人事管理/人資管理/人才管理、招募甄選/訓練發展/績效考核/薪酬福利、高階主管養成、企業外部獵才、特質領導/行為領導/情境領導、及組織領導管理等主題之實務展開，最後則是學員的統整報告：包括所屬企業之人資現況探討/高階主管養成/組織領導行為，培養學生具備人力資源管理之規劃及組織領導能力。
This course explores the functional development of corporate human resources management and the development of senior executives and organizational leadership behaviors. Related course topics include: personnel management/human resources management/talent management, recruitment and selection/training and development/performance appraisal/salary and benefits, development of senior executives, external corporate talent hunting, special Practical development of topics such as qualitative leadership/behavioral leadership/situational leadership, and organizational leadership management. Finally, there is a comprehensive report by the students: including discussion of the current human resources situation of the company they belong to/development of senior managers/organizational leadership behavior, to cultivate students with human resource management planning and organizational leadership capabilities.
