本課程探討企業人力資源管理之功能展開及高階主管養成與組織領導行為,相關課程主題包括:人事管理/人資管理/人才管理、招募甄選/訓練發展/績效考核/薪酬福利、高階主管養成、企業外部獵才、特質領導/行為領導/情境領導、及組織領導管理等主題之實務展開,最後則是學員的統整報告:包括所屬企業之人資現況探討/高階主管養成/組織領導行為,培養學生具備人力資源管理之規劃及組織領導能力。This course explores the development of the functions of enterprise human resource management and the development of senior supervisors and organizational leadership behaviors. The related course topics include: personnel management/personnel management/talent management, recruitment and selection/training development/performance assessment/salary benefits, senior supervisor cultivation, external talents in the enterprise, specialties The actual development of topics such as quality leadership/behavior leadership/situation leadership, and organizational leadership management, and the final report is the student's overall report: including the personnel current situation exploration/high-level supervisor cultivation/organization leadership behavior of the company, to cultivate students with planning and organizational leadership capabilities for human resource management.
