本課程主要培養修課同學法律之基本概念及對法學相關理論的了解，並養成批判性的法律思辨能力，且能更進一步學習如何操作法學方法，以利培養未來參加國家考試的能力，或修習其他法律學科的基本知能。This course mainly cultivates the basic concepts of law and understanding of relevant legal theories in the course, and develops critical legal thinking skills, and can further learn how to operate the law methods to cultivate the ability to take national exams in the future, or to learn basic knowledge of other law subjects.
政治乃管理眾人之事，身為一個政治人必須關心瞭解與眾人生活息息相關的法律規定。本課程除了介紹法學之基礎理論外，也引用實務上之案例闡釋，如最高法院之判例、司法院解釋、最高法院決議等。使同學能在理論和實務間有具體而深刻的理解。
Politics is the management of everyone's affairs. As a politician, you must be careful to understand the legal regulations closely related to everyone's lives. In addition to introducing the basic theories of legal studies, this course also cites practical case descriptions, such as the Supreme Court's precedent, the Judicial Court's explanation, the Supreme Court's decision, etc. Enable students to have a concrete and profound understanding of theory and practice.
