This course is to clarify that Organizational Behavior and management skills as individual and interpersonal level are necessary to ensure compliance, provide communication between manager and workforce, ensure fair treatment and work-life balance for everyone. 企業概論是指針對現代企業的本質、企業面臨的環境、企業內部各功能的運作、以及企業組織的管理,進行廣泛性的介紹。本課程目的是要讓初次學習企業的學生,對企業的運作與管理具有一個概括性的認識。具體而言,是要讓學生能夠:
1.建立企業管理的基本概念。
2.認識企業的本質與責任。
3.瞭解企業的外部環境及其對企業之影響。
4.認識企業內部功能運作與管理。
5.培養觀察與分析企業活動的能力。
本課將以教師課堂講授、實例討論、與企業報告等方式,達到上述目標。希望修課同學對企業產生一個概括性的認識,做為往後學習企業內各功能活動管理專業知識與技能的基礎。
Enterprise Profile refers to a broad introduction to the nature of modern enterprises, the environment of the enterprise, the operation of various functions within the enterprise, and the management of enterprise organizations. The purpose of this course is to allow students who are learning from the enterprise for the first time to have a general understanding of the operation and management of the enterprise. Specifically, it is to enable students to:
1. Establish the basic concept of enterprise management.
2. Aware of the essence and responsibility of the enterprise.
3. Understand the external environment of the enterprise and its impact on the enterprise.
4. Understand the operation and management of the internal functions of the enterprise.
5. Cultivate the ability to observe and analyze corporate activities.
This course will achieve the above goals through teacher class lectures, example discussions, and corporate reports. I hope that students in the course will have a general understanding of the company and will be the basis for learning professional knowledge and skills in the management of various functional activities in the company in the future.
