教育目標 Course Target

(1)對電子學有基本的認識 (2)瞭解三種基本元件:P-N二極體、BJT電晶體的元件原理、MOS電晶體元件 (3)上述元件之電路模型及設計與分析 (4)BJT放大器電路原理與操作 (5)MOS電晶體元件(1) Have a basic understanding of electronics (2) Understand three basic components: P-N diopter, BJT transistor component, MOS transistor component (3) Circuit model, design and analysis of the above components (4) BJT amplifier circuit principle and operation (5) MOS transistor components


課程概述 Course Description

介紹半導體工作原理及基本電子元件如二極體、BJT、MOSFET等的特性及應用,以及單級放大器的入門介紹。
It introduces the working principle of semiconductors and the characteristics and applications of basic electronic components such as diodes, BJTs, MOSFETs, etc., as well as the introduction to single-level amplifiers.
