使學生瞭解電子元件的操作原理和應用電路電子系統簡介,包含二極體及其應用、雙極性電晶體及其應用、MOS場效電晶體及其應用。
Let students understand the operating principles of electronic components and the introduction of application circuit electronic systems, including diodes and their applications, dual-electrode transistors and their applications, MOS field-effect transistors and their applications.
課程概述 Course Description
介紹半導體工作原理及基本電子元件如二極體、BJT、MOSFET等的特性及應用,以及單級放大器的入門介紹。
It introduces the working principle of semiconductors and the characteristics and applications of basic electronic components such as diodes, BJTs, MOSFETs, etc., as well as the introduction to single-level amplifiers.
