教育目標 Course Target
使學生瞭解電子元件的操作原理和應用電路電子系統簡介,包含二極體及其應用、雙極性電晶體及其應用、MOS場效電晶體及其應用。
To enable students to understand the operating principles of electronic components and an introduction to applied circuits and electronic systems, including diodes and their applications, bipolar transistors and their applications, MOS field effect transistors and their applications.
課程概述 Course Description
介紹半導體工作原理及基本電子元件如二極體、BJT、MOSFET等的特性及應用,以及單級放大器的入門介紹。
Introduces the working principle of semiconductors and the characteristics and applications of basic electronic components such as diodes, BJTs, MOSFETs, etc., as well as an introductory introduction to single-stage amplifiers.
