教育目標 Course Target
本課程首先解說經營管理的演進讓學生理解其重要性，並有系統地介紹組織內外環境面、架構與系統、變革與創新、人力資源、領導與溝通等新管理趨勢，使學生從經營管理的角度來學習管理學，為未來智慧經營管理的架構奠定良好的基礎。課堂中，除了理論知識的傳遞外，也透過個案探討使學生對實務應用能有更深入的理解。
This course first explains the evolution of business management so that students can understand its importance, and systematically introduces new management trends such as the internal and external environment of the organization, structure and system, change and innovation, human resources, leadership and communication, etc., so that students can learn management from the perspective of business management and lay a good foundation for the future structure of smart business management. In the classroom, in addition to the transfer of theoretical knowledge, students can also have a deeper understanding of practical applications through case studies.
