教育目標 Course Target

本課程將以設計敘事邏輯進行,從科技賦能設計(ex: AI issue)於文化弱勢參與的相關設計研究議題(ex: slow technology、crip technology),並透過設計科學角度觀察方式進行設計研究(Design Research)與實務(Design Practices)的專題式探討。課程內容將包含設計文獻導讀、議題探討與分析、不同設計方法在專案中的應用、設計策略(問題解決模式)提出或設計原型(問題解決之產品設計概念)產出,並藉由期末展演與研究報告的完成達到本課程預計培養學生進階設計之整合性能力內涵。

This course will be conducted with the logic of design narrative, starting from technology-empowered design (ex: AI issue) and related design research issues involving the culturally disadvantaged (ex: slow technology, crip technology), and conducting a thematic discussion of design research (Design Research) and practice (Design Practices) through the observation method of design science. The content of the course will include introduction to design literature, discussion and analysis of issues, application of different design methods in projects, proposing design strategies (problem-solving models) or producing design prototypes (product design concepts for problem-solving). Through the completion of final presentations and research reports, this course is expected to cultivate students' integrated abilities in advanced design.

課程概述 Course Description

目前從事相關產品設計與開發有許多設計技巧可加以使用,本課程經由與老師的討論與指導以及同儕間的學習觀摩來培養設計之能力,學生將依循所設定的主題進行自我資料收集和界定問題之能力,以國內外目前解決之方法進行掌握,並加以學習。在不同的設計階段,所產生的多項構想,可進行評估與修正,以掌握最佳設計方案,最後透過模型與多媒體的發表與展演,呈現學生對於本課程的學習成效。

Currently, there are many design skills that can be used when engaged in related product design and development. This course cultivates design abilities through discussion and guidance with teachers and learning and observation among peers. Students will follow the set theme to collect self-data and define the ability to define problems, and master and learn from current solutions at home and abroad. At different design stages, multiple ideas generated can be evaluated and revised to grasp the best design plan. Finally, students' learning results of this course can be presented through models and multimedia presentations and performances.
