細胞生物學為食品科學、動植物學、理化、環境科學、免疫與醫學之交集,也是通向基礎與應用的重要起點。本課程藉由代表性專題使修習者能對細胞之生與死、分化與癌化、訊息傳導、膜通道及神經傳導等有所思考與認識,而能回答諸如化學物質加入食品或環境之影響,以及細胞老化死亡與個體健康關連等問題。本課程共兩學分。前半部10周20小時介紹細胞生物學重要主題,包含水與離子通道蛋白、細胞膜電位及神經傳導、細胞傳訊、癌化、細胞凋亡等。後半部6周以涵蓋上述各領域之期刊文獻進行專題討論。Cell biology is the intersection of food science, anime and botany, physics and chemistry, environmental science, immunity and medicine, and is also an important starting point for foundation and application. This course uses representative topics to enable practitioners to think and understand the life and death of cells, differentiation and cancer, information transmission, membrane channels and neural transmission, and can answer the effects of chemical substances being added to food or environment. , and the link between cell aging and death and personal health. This course has two points in total. The first half of the cell biology is introduced 20 hours in 10 weeks, including water and ion channel proteins, cell membrane potential and neuronal transmission, cell transmission, carcination, cell apoptosis, etc. The second half will be discussed in 6 weeks with journals covering the above areas.
