教育目標 Course Target

1.理解全球ESG與氣候變遷的趨勢與政策背景,並分析其對食品產業的影響。 2.學習碳會計與碳權專案的基礎知識,掌握減碳專案與碳交易的概念及實施。 3.探討碳交易機制與碳稅費制度,學習如何在全球碳市場中操作碳交易與碳權管理。 4.分析食品企業如何進行碳權抵換與減碳專案的設計與實施,並規劃相關的管理流程。 1. Understand the trends and policy background of global ESG and climate change, and analyze their impact on food industry. 2. Learn the basic knowledge of carbon programs and carbon rights projects, and master the concept and implementation of carbon reduction projects and carbon trading. 3. Explore the carbon trading mechanism and carbon tax system, and learn how to operate carbon trading and carbon rights management in the global carbon market. 4. Analyze how food companies conduct carbon rights exchange and carbon reduction projects design and implementation, and plan related management processes.
