教育目標 Course Target
畜產與生物科技學系的修課內容包括畜牧生產、畜產加工與生技應用,是屬於畜產來源的應用科學運用之一,既然是應用科學,應重視實務技術與理論結合,藉由產業經驗分享與最新健康產業趨勢介紹,讓學生除了上課所學的基礎學科外,了解不同產業界職務內容的分配及所需具備的學能,讓學生除了學校小規模的實習機會外,能更清楚了解自己的能力及志向是否能符合食品生技的產業所需,可在學校建立產業所需的本職學能並能更快速的融入適應產業工作,使未來投入職業工作更加順遂。
The course content of the Department of Livestock and Biotechnology includes livestock production, livestock processing and biotechnology applications, which is one of the applied science applications of livestock sources. Since it is an applied science, attention should be paid to the combination of practical technology and theory. Through the sharing of industrial experience and the introduction of the latest health industry trends, students can learn about different basic subjects in addition to the basic subjects learned in class. The allocation of job content and required academic abilities in the industry allows students, in addition to small-scale internship opportunities in schools, to have a clearer understanding of whether their abilities and aspirations meet the needs of the food biotechnology industry. They can establish the professional academic abilities required by the industry in school and be able to integrate and adapt to industrial work more quickly, making it easier to enter professional work in the future.
