教育目標 Course Target

本學期,我們將會探討社會科學家們如何透過質性研究⽅法來規劃並執⾏研究計畫,同時我們也會說明與這些任務相關的"big picture",例如理論、專業⽂化、政治議題等等。在本學期結束前,你將會了解如何選擇最適合你的研究議題之⽅法,並運⽤這個⽅法來收集、分析資料。 除此之外,因本課程開設給研究⽣,在課程設計上將會以課堂討論為主,⽽非只單純地教師講授課程,學⽣也需要在課前先做好準備,包括閱讀課程指定讀物等,如此才能讓課程進⾏地更加順利。 請注意,課程⼤綱將會依教學進度及學⽣需求進⾏調整。另外,課程進⾏⽅式將在第⼀週上課時詳細說明,欲修習此堂課的同學請第⼀堂課⼀定要出席。During this period, we will explore how social scientists plan and execute research plans through quality research methods, and we will also explain "big picture" related to these tasks, such as theory, professional culture, political issues, etc. Before the end of this period, you will learn how to choose the best method for your research topic and use this method to collect and analyze data. In addition, because this course is designed for graduate students, the course design will focus on class discussions, rather than just teaching the course in a pure manner. Students also need to prepare before the course, including reading the course designated readings, etc., so that the course can be carried out more smoothly. Please note that courses will be adjusted according to teaching progress and student needs. In addition, the course progress will be explained in detail during the first week. Students who want to study this class are required to attend the first class.


課程概述 Course Description

質化研究是一門社會科學領域常用的研究方法論課程,本課程介紹餐旅領域常使用之質化研究方法的觀點與研究過程,以文本分析研究為主認識質化研究特質,詮釋典範的相關觀點、量化與質化研究差異、質性研究企劃過程、資料收集方法及技巧、研究倫理、寫作方式等;並協助同學選擇碩士論文主題、找出問題意識、整理文獻、擬出研究架構,撰寫研究大綱、並執行質化研究過程。
Quality research is a commonly used research method discussion course in the field of social sciences. This course introduces the perspectives and research processes of quality research methods commonly used in the field of catering and tourism. It mainly recognizes the characteristics of quality research, and describes the relevant views, quantification and quality of the classics. Research differences, quality research planning processes, data collection methods and techniques, research ethics, writing methods, etc.; and help students choose the topic of literacy, find out the problem idea, organize the article, and create the research structure, write research topics, and execute the quality research process.
