In the face of global climate change and the goal of net-zero carbon emissions in 2050, when corporate carbon reduction has changed from a "competitiveness" issue to a basic "survivability" issue, whether companies can master their own carbon reduction strategies and blueprints has become the key to success. Financial value can no longer fully express corporate value. How to promote sustainability, create ESG value, and communicate accurately to make companies stand out in the ESG era. Therefore, this course covers the introduction of important global sustainability organizations and initiatives, focusing on the impact of recent important laws and related systems in Taiwan on enterprises; and uses practical cases of domestic and foreign listed companies to help students understand the specific actions that enterprises should take for sustainable development. Through this course, you can understand how to create ESG value and learn carbon strategies.
