Faced with the global climate change and the goal of zero carbon emissions by 2050, when companies' carbon reduction has changed from the problem of "competitiveness" to basic "survivability", whether companies can master their own carbon reduction strategies and blueprints have become the key to success. Financial value can no longer fully express corporate value. How to promote permanent, create ESG value, and accurately communicate so that enterprises can emerge in the ESG era. Therefore, this course covers important global sustainable organizations and advocacy introductions, focusing on the impacts caused by Taiwan’s recent important laws and related systems on enterprises; and through practical cases of listed companies at home and abroad, students can learn about the specific actions that enterprises should adopt for sustainable development. Through this course you can learn how to create ESG value and learn carbon strategies.
