The development of modern Artificial Intelligence (AI) has sparked a new industrial revolution, and tools like ChatGPT, launched in late 2022, have propelled AI's applications and innovations in business management to new heights. AI-driven intelligent technologies, including IoT, big data analytics, blockchain, and smart devices, have permeated every aspect of commercial applications, becoming a mainstream approach in contemporary business management. These technologies primarily assist managers in analyzing, judging, and predicting business challenges, thereby enhancing decision-making efficiency and accuracy.

This course introduces fundamental concepts and knowledge of business management and AI technologies. It aims to cultivate students' ability and attitude to explore, collaborate, and think innovatively, applying AI technologies, particularly generative AI tools, to solve real-world business management issues and develop innovative solutions. The course integrates both theory and practice of AI applications and innovations in business management with AI Tools.
