此課程邀請學術界知名學者，或是產業界經驗豐富之實務工作者，進行演講與交流，討論積體電路、通訊、奈米科技以及能源相關各個研究領域的現況與趨勢，以期學生能增廣見聞。除此之外，也安排學生簡報所研讀的相關工程主題論文。
This course invites well-known academics or experienced practitioners in the industry to conduct lectures and exchanges, discuss the current situation and trends of various research fields related to overall circuits, communications, nanotechnology and energy, in order to increase students' ability to grow See. 本課程為本系碩士班一年級之必修課程，會邀請專家蒞校演講，讓學生了解目前資訊管理就業發展的趨勢，並培養學生了解各種不同產業就業的介紹與發展趨勢，請學生填寫職涯興趣量表並分析，讓學生能更了解自己的興趣與潛在個性，更清楚知道未來就業方向並加強不足的部分、並指導學生如何撰寫自傳與面試技巧，讓學生參與企業參訪，能實際了解目前企業的情況，並媒介同學至校外實習。
