教育目標 Course Target

運用正確肌力與體能訓練基本觀念及基本動作,加強學生基本體適能,培養學生體能訓練融入生活,增強學生體能與強化核心肌群的。透過以實務為主導入理論應用,讓學生了解有氧運動訓練、敏捷訓練、協調訓練、肌力訓練、肌耐力訓練、肌肥大、力量訓練、爆發力訓練之應用,培養學生對重量、肌力與體能訓練正確的觀念,培養良好的體適能與運動習慣。Use correct muscle strength and physical fitness to train basic concepts and basic movements to strengthen students' basic fitness, cultivate students' physical fitness training and integrate them into life, and enhance students' physical fitness and strengthen core muscle groups. Through practical guidance and theoretical application, students can understand the applications of aerobic exercise training, agility training, coordination training, muscle strength training, muscle endurance training, muscle hypertrophy, strength training, and explosive training, and cultivate students' weight, muscle strength and strength The body can train correct concepts and cultivate good physical fitness and sports habits.
