教育目標 Course Target
一、教導大二學生學習專項運動技能與常識 二、增強個人健康體適能 三、藉由本課程增加同儕關係互動，了解團體合作的精神 四、藉由本課程設計鼓勵學生多走出戶外，多參與體育運動，以達身心靈健康的目標。
1. Teach sophomore students to learn special sports skills and common sense. 2. Enhance personal health and fitness. 3. Use this course to increase interaction between colleagues and understand the spirit of group cooperation. 4. Use this course design to encourage students to go out more and participate in sports more to achieve the goal of physical and mental health.
