1. Understand the correct way to practice volleyball sports skills.
2. Learn basic sports technology of volleyball.
3. Be able to actively participate in group activities and cultivate interactive relationships.
4. Understand the sports injuries of volleyball and prevent them.
5. Improvement of personal fitness
