教育目標 Course Target

本課程旨在讓學生深入了解生成式AI的基礎原理與技術，並探討其在公共事務領域的應用潛力與挑戰。透過理論學習與實務操作，學生將能夠： • 掌握生成式AI基礎知識： 了解生成式AI的定義、發展歷程、主要模型與運作原理。 • 探討AI在公共事務的應用： 分析生成式AI在政府服務、政策制定、公民參與等方面的應用案例。 • 評估AI的影響： 評估生成式AI對社會、經濟、政治等方面的影響，並思考其帶來的倫理議題。 • 培養批判性思考： 針對AI技術的發展與應用，培養批判性思考能力，並能提出建設性的意見。 • 發展實作能力： 透過實作專案，學習運用生成式AI工具，解決實際問題。 This course aims to give students a deep understanding of the basic principles and technologies of generative AI, and explore its application potential and challenges in the public affairs field. Through theoretical learning and practical operations, students will be able to: • Master the basic knowledge of generative AI: Understand the definition, development process, main models and operating principles of generative AI. • Explore the application of AI in public affairs: Analyze application cases of generative AI in government services, policy formulation, citizen participation, etc. • Evaluate the impact of AI: Evaluate the impact of generative AI on society, economy, politics, etc., and think about the ethical issues it brings. • Cultivate critical thinking: to develop and apply AI technology, cultivate critical thinking skills, and be able to put forward constructive opinions. • Develop practical skills: Through practical projects, learn to use generative AI tools to solve actual problems.
