犯罪學探討犯罪的原因和條件，使同學了解人為什麼會犯罪以及情境下的犯罪可能。本課程同時能使同學了解犯罪的違法與立法的過程，以及犯罪的控制方法。研讀本科可提升分析及演繹能力，亦可參加各種特考或深造。
Crime studies explore the causes and conditions of crime, so that students can understand why people commit crimes and the possibility of crimes in situations. This course also enables students to understand the crime laws and legislation process, as well as the methods of controlling crime.
