教育目標 Course Target
以授課老師講學為主，帶領學生了解我國民法制度之內涵、理論基礎、與各法律名詞之涵義與應用。使學生能充分了解我國民法基本觀念與原理原則，培養學生基礎法學素養及獨立思考能力。
The lectures are mainly given by teachers, who lead students to understand the connotation and theoretical basis of my country's civil law system, as well as the meaning and application of various legal terms. To enable students to fully understand the basic concepts and principles of my country's civil law, and to cultivate students' basic legal literacy and independent thinking ability.

說明我國民法總則編之原理原則，注意培養對我國法制的瞭解，從學理與實務上學習民法之運用方法。
