教育目標 Course Target
民法總則為民法其餘各編通用之前提，因此課程中將著重於為同學建立民法概念體系外，以實務上重要裁判為對象，使同學理解法律規定的實際適用情形，再補充相關學說爭議，培養解析實例問題的能力。
The General Principles of Civil Law are the common premise for all other parts of the civil law. Therefore, the course will focus on establishing a conceptual system of civil law for students. It will also focus on important adjudication in practice, so that students can understand the actual application of legal provisions, supplement relevant doctrinal disputes, and cultivate the ability to analyze practical problems.

說明我國民法總則編之原理原則，注意培養對我國法制的瞭解，從學理與實務上學習民法之運用方法。
