Civil Law: General Principles
教育目標 Course Target
民法總則為民法其餘各編通用之前提，因此課程中將著重於為同學建立民法概念體系外，以實務上重要裁判為對象，使同學理解法律規定的實際適用情形，再補充相關學說爭議，培養解析實例問題的能力。
Civil law is a common prerequisite for civil law. Therefore, in the course, we will focus on establishing a conceptual system of civil law for students, and using practical important judgments as the object, so that students can understand the actual applicable circumstances stipulated by the law, and then supplement relevant discussions and cultivate the ability to analyze example problems.

說明我國民法總則編之原理原則，注意培養對我國法制的瞭解，從學理與實務上學習民法之運用方法。
Explain the principles and principles of the General Assembly of Civil Law of our country, pay attention to cultivating our understanding of the legal system of our country, and learn the methods of using civil law from the perspective of learning and practice.
