教育目標 Course Target

本課程之教學目標在於講授公法學與憲法學之基本概念，使學生了解憲法學研究之意義、目的與範圍，培養學生以近代憲法之角度思考人權保障與統治機構相關問題。

The teaching objectives of this course are to teach the basic concepts of public law and sympathy, so that students can understand the meaning, purpose and scope of sympathy research, and to cultivate students to think about human rights protection and politician institutions from the perspective of modern sympathy.

先瞭解中華民國憲法的發生背景、意義及其在法律上的地位，再認識什麼是「法律母法」。

First understand the background, meaning and legal status of the Republic of China law, and then understand what the "maternal law of law" is.
