Seminar on Fundamental Issues of Constitution
教育目標 Course Target
透過上課,詢答對話與書面報告之撰寫,引導參與本專題課程之研究生能夠對我國過去已發生或未來可能發生之重要憲法議題,無論基本人權或是國家組織的部分,有深刻的認識!
2.課程上也盡量介紹比較法上之案例與見解,以拓展研究生學術視野,同時吸收比較法值得參酌之觀點.
Through classes, question-and-answer dialogues, and the writing of written reports, graduate students participating in this special course are guided to gain a deep understanding of important constitutional issues that have occurred in our country in the past or may occur in the future, whether it is basic human rights or parts of national organizations!
2. Try to introduce cases and insights on comparative law in the course to expand the academic horizons of graduate students and absorb the viewpoints worth considering in comparative law.
