教育目標 Course Target
透過上課,詢答對話與書面報告之撰寫,引導參與本專題課程之研究生能夠對我國過去已發生或未來可能發生之重要憲法議題,無論基本人權或是國家組織的部分,有深刻的認識!
2.課程上也盡量介紹比較法上之案例與見解,以拓展研究生學術視野,同時吸收比較法值得參酌之觀點.
Through the course, we ask questions and write written comments, and guide graduate students participating in this topic course to have a deep understanding of important questions that have occurred in the past or may occur in the future, regardless of basic human rights or national organizational parts!
2. In the course, we also introduce cases and insights on the comparison method to expand the graduate academic vision, and at the same time, the absorption comparison method is worth considering.
