教育目標 Course Target

建立正確的消費灣念,認識食品工業與一般民眾的關係,瞭解消費習性對農業和糧食資源的影響,培養學生對飲食習性與食品產銷的自我管理。

Establish correct consumer awareness, understand the relationship between the food industry and the general public, understand the impact of consumerism on agriculture and food resources, and cultivate students' self-management of dietary and food sales.
