本課程的目標是要針對食品系學生以理論與實務並重的方式,深入探討消費者的內在心理與外在行為,以執行有用的消費者分析並發展有效的行銷策略,透過實際應用與個案討論,深入瞭解消費者於實務上的決策行為,同時在課程中亦結合數位媒體提出有效與即時之行銷規劃策略。The goal of this course is to explore consumers' internal psychology and external behaviors in a theoretical and practical way with a serious approach, so as to carry out useful consumer analysis and develop effective marketing strategies, and through practical application and case discussions, we will have an in-depth understanding of consumers' decision-making behaviors in practice. At the same time, we will also propose effective and real-time marketing planning strategies in combination with digital media during the course.
