2144 - 微生物學實驗 Microbiology Lab.


教育目標 Course Target

初學者藉由顯微鏡(Microscope)的使用,以及細菌的簡單染色(simple staining),革蘭式染色(Gram staining)...等染色技術搭配顯微鏡觀察,幫助學生對微生物的型態,大小及結構的了解. 由培養基(medium)的製備及培養微生物的轉接技術(culture transfer),使學生學習如何培養細菌. 由分離技術(Isolation)及序列技術(Serial Dilution)了解檢驗微生物的方法. 由微生物的營養需求條件(pH, temp,培養基成分及氧氣)觀察微生物的生長情形. 由長時間的培養細菌以分光光度技去測量細菌生長情形而完成細菌生長曲線,以了解細菌複製世代所需的時間 Beginners use microscopes, simple staining, Gram staining, etc. to help students with microscope observations to help students in the shape, size and structure of microorganisms.
