本課程將畜產專業帶入「人文關懷」進行「社會實踐」相關議題的探討。以畜產產業為出發點,學習討論對大眾實踐專業科學傳播的方法與效應。並了解在氣候變遷加劇的今日,大眾是如何看待現行畜產產業經營方式,培養畜產專業人員應對社會觀感的素養。
本課程將延請科學傳播,科學自媒體經營者,及科學記者等相關領域專家共 8 位分享,提供學生不同視角下的畜產面貌。課程評量以專題討論方式,讓學生選擇畜產相關社會議題,進行觀點採訪調查,並提出相應看法。以專題式學習,提升學生對周遭社會議題的敏感度,主動參與真實世界相關,對個人有意義的議題,進而學習批判性思考並獲取應對議題的知識與技能,在小組討論報告中展現。
This course introduces animal business into "Humanities and Responsibility" for discussion on the "Social Practice" related topics. Taking animal industry as the development point, we will discuss the methods and effects of practical scientific transmission to the general public. And understand how the public view the current livestock business management methods and cultivate the social awareness of animal professionals.
This course will postpone the scientific communication, and share a total of 8 experts in related fields such as scientific self-media operators and scientific journalists, providing students with livestock appearance from different perspectives. Course evaluation uses topic discussion methods to allow students to choose animal-related social issues, conduct viewing and surveys, and provide corresponding opinions. Using topic-based learning, improve students' sensitivity to social issues around them, actively participate in the real world, discuss issues that are intentional to individuals, and then learn critical thinking and gain knowledge and skills to discuss issues, which are displayed in the group discussion reports.
