因應家畜禽產業停用預防性含藥物飼料添加物之翦抗養殖的法規趨勢，產學研各界積極尋找替代方案以發揮動物生長及產能並維護動物保健，因此飼料添加物研發需求蓬勃發展，具潛力之原料及多元化產品逐漸出現於市場上，如何遵照規範並掌握各類飼料添加物之特性以發揮其功能，如何將科學研究轉化為產業應用，飼料添加物就業市場又注重那些趨勢，以上皆為本授課重點，期望藉由課程內容使學生熟悉飼料添加物之法規規範、特質特性、作用機制及產業動態，可做為職涯發展之準備，是一門注重理論及實務併重並能落實應用的課程。

In response to the regulatory trend in the livestock and poultry industry to stop using preventive drug-containing feed additives for anti-breeding, all sectors of industry, academia and research are actively looking for alternatives to maximize animal growth and production capacity and maintain animal health. Therefore, the demand for feed additive research and development is booming. Potential raw materials and diversified products are gradually appearing on the market. How to comply with regulations and master the characteristics of various feed additives to To give full play to its functions, how to transform scientific research into industrial applications, and what trends the feed additive job market focuses on, the above are the focus of this course. It is expected that through the course content, students will be familiar with the laws and regulations, special characteristics, mechanisms of action and industry dynamics of feed additives, which can be used as preparation for career development.
