教育目標 Course Target
導引學生如何完成有機化學反應,終止反應操作,包括淬取及快速管柱層析,進而得到產物。使學生學習正確的實驗邏輯觀念,從失敗的實驗找出問題,進一步克服困難。再與課堂上教授的反應進一步與實驗結合,讓學生能學以應用。

Guide students on how to complete organic chemical reactions, terminate reaction operations, including quenching and fast column chromatography, and obtain products. Enable students to learn correct experimental logical concepts, identify problems from failed experiments, and further overcome difficulties. It is then further combined with the professor's reaction in class and experiments so that students can apply what they have learned.

課程概述 Course Description
本課程內容有配製緩衝液、胺基酸之酸鹼滴定、半乳糖之米式常數、各種醣類定性、測定糞便中的脂肪、薄色層分析、蛋白質定量、蛋白質純化、親和層析分析及ELASA等實驗。
The contents of this course include preparation of buffer solutions, acid-base titration of amino acids, rice constants of galactose, characterization of various sugars, determination of fat in feces, thin chromatography analysis, protein quantification, protein purification, affinity chromatography analysis and ELASA experiments.
