2074 - 生物化學實驗 Biochemistry Lab.


教育目標 Course Target

導引學生如何完成有機化學反應,終止反應操作,包括淬取及快速管柱層析,進而得到產物。使學生學習正確的實驗邏輯觀念,從失敗的實驗找出問題,進一步克服困難。再與課堂上教授的反應進一步與實驗結合,讓學生能學以應用。 1.Buffer (acid / base) 2.Acid / base titration 3.Chromatography(Thin-Layer and Column Chromatography) 4.The Determination of Michaelis constant of Galactosidase 5.Qualitative Tests of Carbohydrates 6.Quantitative Determination of Fat in Feces 7.The Quantitative Determination of Protein 8.Protein purification: salting out and dialysis 9.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Guide students to complete organic chemistry reactions, end reaction operations, including quenching and rapid column analysis, and then obtain products. Enable students to learn correct experimental logic concepts, find problems from failed experiments, and further overcome difficulties. 課程概述 Course Description

本課程內容有配製緩衝液、胺基酸之酸鹼滴定、半乳糖之米式常數、各種醣類定性、測定糞便中的脂肪、薄色層分析、蛋白質定量、蛋白質純化、親和層析分析及ELASA等實驗。
The contents of this course include preparation of buffering, acid titration of amino acids, rice-forming normalization of galactose, qualitative characteristics of various types of sugars, detection of fat in stool, thin color analysis, protein quantification, protein purification, triglyceride analysis and ELASA and other practical experience.
