教育目標 Course Target

本課程帶領學生透過對於服務人口的議題與需求的關注,思考方案設計與評估對於政策目標落實的意義、方案規劃者的
角色功能、以及方案設計與評估者可能面臨的議題與挑戰,也藉由學生的課堂學習與實做演練,瞭解方案設計與評估的
政策環境、學習方案設計的邏輯、策略、與技術。本課程內容涵蓋相關的概念與理論探討、方案設計的邏輯、方案需求
評量方法、方案的成本與資源配置考量、方案管理工具的學習以及成效評估方法。

This course leads students to think about the significance of program design and evaluation to the implementation of policy goals and the role of program planners by focusing on the issues and needs of serving the population.
Role functions, as well as the issues and challenges that program designers and evaluators may face, students can also learn about the principles of program design and evaluation through classroom learning and practical exercises.
Policy environment, logic, strategy, and technology of learning program design. The content of this course covers relevant concepts and theoretical discussions, the logic of program design, and program requirements.
Evaluation methods, cost and resource allocation considerations for programs, learning of program management tools, and effectiveness evaluation methods.

課程概述 Course Description

This course is designed to prepare undergraduate students to develop the knowledge, skills and strategies required for grantsmanship in relation to project planning, proposal writing, service effect evaluation and fund application at the practice operational level. The course not only demystifies the grant-writing process by providing a guide but exposes students to a variety of potential sources and approaches for program or project implementation.
