教育目標 Course Target

本課程帶領學生透過對於服務人口的議題與需求的關注,思考方案設計與評估對於政策目標落實的意義、方案規劃者的
角色功能、以及方案設計與評估者可能面臨的議題與挑戰,也藉由學生的課堂學習與實做演練,瞭解方案設計與評估的
政策環境、學習方案設計的邏輯、策略、與技術。本課程內容涵蓋相關的概念與理論探討、方案設計的邏輯、方案需求
評量方法、方案的成本與資源配置考量、方案管理工具的學習以及成效評估方法。

This course brings students to consider the concepts and needs of the service population and the meaning of plan design and evaluation for the implementation of policy objectives and plan planners.
Role functions, as well as the questions and challenges that the plan design and the evaluation may face, and also through students' classroom learning and practice, to understand the plan design and evaluation
Policy environment, learning program design logic, strategy, and technology. The content of this course covers related concepts and theoretical discussions, logic and solution requirements for plan design, and solution requirements.
Evaluation methods, cost and resource allocation considerations of the plan, learning of plan management tools, and effectiveness evaluation methods.

This course is designed to prepare undergraduate students to develop the knowledge, skills and strategies required for grantsmanship in relation to project planning, proposal writing, service effect evaluation and fund application at the practice operational level. The course not only demystifies the grant-writing process by providing a guide but exposes students to a variety of potential sources and approaches for program or project implementation.
