把人組織起來，為實現共同目標，共同合作，把事做對，更把事情做好。這是我們社會福利行政或說社會工作行政所關切的目標。從大一二開始，同學們學了許多基本的知識，但關切的焦點大致著眼於個人與團體的層次，到了大三我們要把這些能力綜合起來，而「學做事」大致上可以用來作為綜合這些能力以及學這門課的註腳。在本課程中，我們要試著從表、裡兩層掌握行政的要義。表層是我們常見的(也是標準教科書所教授的)；裡層則是內在於我們華人文化的種種東西；學做事，做對事，把事做好，我們必需同時掌握上述表裡。

Group people together to achieve common goals, work together, do things right, and do things well. This is the relevant goal of our social welfare administration or social work administration. Since the first and second year of junior high school, the classmates have learned a lot of basic knowledge, but the focus is roughly on the level of individuals and groups. When we are juniors, we have to combine these abilities, and "learning to do things" can be roughly used as a record of combining these abilities and learning this course. In this course, we must try to master the key points of administration from the table and in the two levels. The surface layer is common to us (also taught in Standard Education and Science Book); the surface layer is a kind of thing that is inherent in our Chinese culture; to learn to do things, do things, and do things well, we must also master the above surfaces at the same time.
