透過課程的各個單元,對社會個案⼯作有概括性的瞭解。本學期課程特別著重於個案⼯作的流程,期望同學能學習⼀個個案完整的處理過程。本學期課程包括:個案⼯作定義,個案⼯作知識基礎,個案⼯作專業倫理,接案,收集資料,預估,⼲預,訪視,資源轉介,安置,家庭圖繪製等內容。本課程是採20⼈為⼀組之⼩班制教學,藉由多樣化之課程設計,強調密集之演練與討論以協助學⽣進⾏初次之理念與技巧之整合。內容包含有發展同學⾃我覺知的能⼒,培養敏銳的觀察⼒,及練習基本助⼈技巧。藉由影片分析及相關議題之討論,了解服務對象的困境與⼼理歷程,並增進對社會現象之了解與關懷。安排機構參觀幫助同學對社會福利機構與社會⼯作實務有初步接觸與認識。並協助學⽣為實習⼆進入機構實習做準備。
課程將分前後兩學期,前⼀學期側重(⼀)個別會談助⼈技巧演練與討論、
機構參訪了解實務現場;後⼀學期則著重(⼆)團體會談助⼈技巧演練與討論、實習領域文本研讀。Through various units of the course, we have a general understanding of social case work. This course focuses specifically on the process of case work, and students are expected to learn a complete process of case handling. The course of this school includes: definition of case work, foundation of case work knowledge, professional ethics of case work, case reception, data collection, estimate, preliminaries, visits, resource transfer, placement, home drawing and other contents. This course is a small class-based teaching of 20 people. Through a variety of course design, it emphasizes intensive training and discussion to help students integrate their first-time philosophy and skills. The content includes developing the ability to learn self-awareness, cultivating sensitive observation, and practicing basic helping skills. Through video analysis and discussion of related topics, we understand the dilemma and psychological processes of service objects, and increase our understanding and concern about social phenomena. Arrange institutions to participate in helping students with preliminary contact and understanding of social welfare institutions and social work practices. And assist students in preparing for practical practices. The course will be divided into two sessions before and after. The previous session will focus on (one) the training and discussion of helping skills,
The organization will visit and understand the actual situation; in the subsequent study period, the group will focus on the training and discussion of helpful skills, and the study of practical texts.
