本課程設計以實用為原則，希望能實質幫助到同學，內容旨在讓學生了解近未來重要的資訊科技，以及資訊科技如何影響大環境和組織，還有介紹現行企業實際運作的資訊系統，並適時導讀資訊科技所引發的管理新思潮叢書，這些叢書亦有助於面試或創業。本課程亦會搭配多則企業實例影片並結合大量新聞剪報，讓課本內容可以對應到日常生活，使同學深刻體認這些內容與自己息息相關，而非只是抽象的概念，進而提升其應用的能力。本課程亦會示範大部分課本所介紹的各種資訊系統，並安排上機體驗大數據分析軟體、AI軟體、決策支援系統、企業資源規劃等軟體，讓同學可以從做中學、增進對這些應用的了解，以作好踏進職場的準備。

This course is designed based on the principle of practicality and hopes to be of practical help to students. The content is designed to allow students to understand the important information technology in the near future and how information technology affects the environment and organizations. It also introduces the actual operating information systems of current enterprises and provides timely introduction to the series of new management trends triggered by information technology. These series are also helpful for interviews or starting a business. This course will also be paired with multiple corporate case videos and a large number of news clippings so that the textbook content can be mapped to daily life, allowing students to deeply understand that these contents are closely related to themselves, rather than just abstract concepts, thereby improving their application capabilities. This course will also demonstrate various information systems introduced in most textbooks, and arrange hands-on experience with big data analysis software, AI software, decision support systems, enterprise resource planning and other software, so that students can learn by doing and enhance their understanding of these applications, so as to prepare for the workplace.
