3. 培養同學建立企業與產業政策分析的能力，本課程目的主要是讓經濟系大學部生學習系統動態學方法論，進行對產業發展與政策分析能力。首先培養學生們具有產業經濟學，以及管理科學的產業研究專業
能力，其次讓同學進行個案專題研究的經驗。課程內容主要介紹產業分析理論與實務上常用的分析方法；並學習系統動態學方法論:構建系統動態學質性分析模式的方法與程序，學習使用Vensim
模擬軟體；最後是小組團隊合作進行個案專題研究，並進行期中簡報與撰寫期末報告。

本課程首先介紹常用的產業分析方法，再介紹政府政策、制度、措施，以及台灣傳統製造業、高科技產業、服務業與知識經濟等經營管理相關議題。以利學生瞭解產業分析實務面的分析工具與專業知識。

This course first introduces commonly used industrial analysis methods, and then introduces government policies, systems, measures, and management-related issues such as Taiwan's traditional manufacturing industry, high-tech industries, service industries, and knowledge economy.
