教育目標 Course Target

品質管理包含了許多的層面其中也用到了許多工具,本課程主要以統計的角度出發介紹各種統計方法在品質管理中所扮演的角色。在課程規劃上,本課程將包含 1. 品質的意義與量化 2. 品質管理工具的介紹 3. 統計管制圖 (1) 統計假設檢定與管制圖的理論基礎 (2) 計量管制圖 (control chart for variables) (3) 計數管制圖 (control chart for attibutes) (4) 累積合管制圖 (CUSUM) (5) 加權移動平均管制圖 (EWMA) 4. 制程能力分析 (capability analysis) 5. 因子實驗設計 (factorial design) 6. 驗收抽驗 (acceptance sampling) 在完成本課程將培養學生認識品質管理所需的基本知識、統計管制圖與因子實驗設計的模式建構及理論推導的能力並能將其應用在實際的問題上。Quality management includes many aspects and many tools are used. This course mainly introduces the role played by various statistical methods in quality management from a statistical perspective. In the course planning, this course will include 1. Meaning and quantification of quality 2. Introduction to quality management tools 3. Statistical control diagrams (1) Theoretical basis of statistical assumptions and control diagrams (2) Control chart for variables (3) Control chart for attributes (4) Cumulative control diagrams (CUSUM) (5) Powered moving average control diagrams (EWMA) 4. Process capability analysis (capability analysis) 5. Factorial design 6. Acceptance sampling During this course, students will cultivate the basic knowledge required for quality management, the ability to construct and theoretically promote the model of factor experiment design and apply it to actual problems.
