本課程主要目標為讓修習本課程的學生在上完本課程後,能對不動產相關範疇有一基本之認識,以利於在未來相關領域之應用。
本課程主要內容包括:(1)認識不動產:介紹不動產之定義、不動產之特性、不動產種類及不動產權力,(2)不動產開發與使用管理:介紹不動產之建築開發、都市計畫與土地使用分區管制之規範,(3)不動產權屬管理:介紹台灣的不動產所有權狀、謄本等及認識台灣的地政事務所業務,(4)不動產融資管理:介紹不動產相關貸款內容,(5)不動產投資管理:介紹如何評估不動產投資及分散投資風險,(6)不動產稅務管理:介紹不動產相關稅法,(7)其他相關議題:介紹不動產估價、不動產證券化、不動產相關法規等。The main purpose of this course is to allow students who have taken this course to have a basic understanding of the non-operation-related scope after completing this course, so as to facilitate the application in related fields in the future.
The main contents of this course include: (1) Awareness of non-property: Introducing the definition of non-property, the characteristics of non-property, the types of non-property and the power of non-property, (2) Non-property development and use management: Introducing the construction development of non-property, urban planning and land use area control The regulations, (3) Non-property management: Introduction to Taiwan's real estate ownership status, codes, etc. and recognition Taiwan’s land affairs office business, (4) Non-property financing management: introduces the content of non-property-related loans, (5) Non-property investment management: introduces how to evaluate non-property investment and diversify investment risks, (6) Non-property tax management: introduces the non-property tax law, ( 7) Other related issues: Introduction to non-property valuation, non-property securitization, non-property related laws and regulations, etc.
