教育目標 Course Target

本課程係以課堂講授進行教學，冀使學生初步掌握民法概念，能夠認識我國民法體系並正確認知、使用法律用語。
使學生能夠正確使用我國民法重要實定法用語，並能初步分析簡單民事紛爭之法律關係。

This course is taught in class lectures, hoping that students can first master the concept of civil law, be able to understand our civil law system and correctly understand and use legal language.
Enable students to use the important practical legal language of our Civil Law correctly and to provide a preliminary analysis of the legal relations of simple civil disputes.
