課程討論總體經濟基礎觀念與問題，包括所得與就業、國民產出、通貨膨脹、貨幣、利率、投資與儲蓄、景氣循環與經濟失衡、貿易與經濟成長等問題，並探討政府之經濟政策，包括財政政策、貨幣政策與國際經濟政策等，訓練學生具備總體經濟分析之基礎理論與工具，並養成對經濟波動成因之瞭解及預測分析之能力。總體經濟學分析世界經濟體所發生的事件，例如中美貿易戰、西歐的高失業率、烏俄戰爭、美國的預算赤字、歐洲的整合，以及COVID-19對世界經濟的影響等。The course discusses overall economic-based concepts and issues, including income and employment, private property, inflation, currency, interest rates, investment and savings, the economy cycle and economic imbalance, trade and economic growth, etc., and explores the issues. The government's economic policies, including financial policies, currency policies and international economic policies, train students have basic theories and tools for overall economic analysis, and develop the ability to understand the causes of economic fluctuations and predict and analyze the ability. Overall economics analyzes events that occur in the world economy, such as the Sino-US trade war, the high unemployment rate in West Europe, the U.S.-Russia war, the U.S. budget deficit, the integration of Europe, and the impact of COVID-19 on world economy.
本課程介紹各總體學派的理論內容與政策涵義，並探討政府在經濟社會扮演的角色。內容涵蓋古典學派、凱因斯學派、貨幣學派、新興古典學派、新興凱因斯學派、實質景氣循環、供給面學派與經濟成長理論。
This course introduces the theoretical content and policy implications of the general schools, and explores the role of the government in economic society. The content covers classical school, Keiners school, currency school, Neo-Entertainment Classic school, Newcomer Keiners school, real-life environment, supply-to-face school and economic growth theory.
