■ 課程目標 (Course Objectives)
1. 建立大規模且具特色之學生互助機制，改變學生被動的態度；使學生從付出中改變內心，服務學習並培養工作倫理、團隊合作、助人愛人等多重能力；
2. 結合實體研討與虛擬資訊平台，強化學習輔導效能；
3. 強化企管系學生對企業管理核心基礎知識的理解，提升對企業管理領域的學習興趣，並結合學生的生涯規劃，找出未來方向；
4. 參與專案，試著應用管理知識。■ Course Objectives

4. Participate in the project and try application management knowledge.
1.修課之二三四年級同學(大手)與被輔導一年級同學(小手)都需熟悉教學平台的使用。
2.相關討論將搭配線上學習平台，共同閱讀指定之重要管理書籍，具體書目在開學後將一併公告。
