■ 課程目標 (Course Objectives)
1. 建立大規模且具特色之學生互助機制,改變學生被動的態度;使學生從付出中改變內心,服務學習並培養工作倫理、團隊合作、助人愛人等多重能力;
2. 結合實體研討與虛擬資訊平台,強化學習輔導效能;
3. 強化企管系學生對企業管理核心基礎知識的理解,提升對企業管理領域的學習興趣,並結合學生的生涯規劃,找出未來方向;
4. 參與專案,試著應用管理知識。■ Course Objectives

2. Combine physical research and virtual information platforms to enhance learning guidance efficiency;
3. Strengthen the understanding of the core basic knowledge of enterprise management in the department of enterprise management, enhance the learning interest in the field of enterprise management, and combine the students' career planning to find the future direction;
4. Participate in the project and try application management knowledge.
1.修課之二三四年級同學(大手)與被輔導一年級同學(小手)都需熟悉教學平台的使用。
2.相關討論將搭配線上學習平台,共同閱讀指定之重要管理書籍,具體書目在開學後將一併公告。
