教育目標 Course Target

本課程首先解說經營管理的演進讓學生理解其重要性,並有系統地介紹組織內外環境面、架構與系統、變革與創新、人力資源、領導與溝通等新管理趨勢,使學生從經營管理的角度來學習管理學,為未來智慧經營管理的架構奠定良好的基礎。課堂中,除了理論知識的傳遞外,也透過個案探討使學生對實務應用能有更深入的理解。 This course first explains the evolution of operation management to let students understand its importance, and systematically introduces new management trends such as organizational internal and external environment, architecture and systems, transformation and innovation, human resources, leadership and communication, so that students can manage their operations from the perspective of operation and management. Learn management from an angle and lay a good foundation for the future intelligent management structure. In the classroom, in addition to the transmission of theoretical knowledge, students can also have a deeper understanding of practical applications through case investigation.


課程概述 Course Description

本課程透過系統解說方式,探討經營管理學的演進、組織文化與結構、組織領導與溝通、人力資源與工作設計、製造管理、科技管理等,使學生用經營管理角度理解管理學的精義。為使學生打好基礎,指定具代表性之教科書,配合綿密的小考,要求學生循序研讀。本課程以培養學生經營管理理論暨觀察產業界實際動態能力為目標。
Through the systematic explanation method, this course explores the evolution of management, organizational culture and structure, organizational leadership and communication, human resources and work design, manufacturing management, science and technology management, etc., so that students can understand the essence of management from the perspective of management. In order to help students lay a solid foundation, they designate representative teaching and scientific books, and cooperate with the intensive test, and require students to study them step by step. This course aims to cultivate students' management theory and observe the actual dynamic abilities of the industry.
