1.使修習學生能了解法理學的主要問題、重要理論、基本概念及分析方法。
2.引導學生能運用所學習之概念、理論與方法於相關法學問題之思考。
3. 在具有法理學思考之背景下對實證法做更深刻之思考。
4.就國內外出現許多嚴重爭議的法律問題(如安樂死、複製人、同性婚姻...)，作出法理學的思維與回應。
1. Enable students to understand the main issues, important theories, basic concepts and analytical methods of jurisprudence.
2. Guide students to use the concepts, theories and methods they have learned to think about relevant legal issues.
3. Think more deeply about positive law in the context of legal thinking.
4. Develop jurisprudential thinking and responses to many serious controversial legal issues at home and abroad (such as euthanasia, cloning, same-sex marriage...).
