本學期法理學課程係由兩個部分的微課程共同構成。前半學期將帶領同學閱讀20世紀法理學經典 - Ronald Dworkin的《法律帝國》，採英文授課，但修課同學得使用中文提問與進行討論。後半學期擬閱讀James Gordley, The Jurists一書，簡要探討羅馬法學、中世紀法學、人文主義法學、理性自然法、歷史法學派等各時期的歐洲法律思想發展史，採中文授課。The legal science course in this study is composed of two parts of micro courses. In the first half of the year, students will be taught to read the 20th century jurisprudence classic - Ronald Dworkin's "The Law Empire", which is taught in English, but students in the course must ask and discuss in Chinese. In the second half of the year, I read the book James Gordley and The Jurists, which briefly explored the history of the development of European legal thought in various periods, including Roman law, medieval law, humanistic law, rational natural law, historical law school, etc., and taught in Chinese.
