本學期法理學課程係由兩個部分的微課程共同構成。前半學期將帶領同學閱讀20世紀法理學經典 - Ronald Dworkin的《法律帝國》，採英文授課，但修課同學得使用中文提問與進行討論。後半學期擬閱讀James Gordley, The Jurists一書，簡要探討羅馬法學、中世紀法學、人文主義法學、理性自然法、歷史法學派等各時期的歐洲法律思想發展史，採中文授課。The jurisprudence course this semester consists of two parts of micro-courses. In the first half of the semester, students will be led to read the 20th century jurisprudence classic - Ronald Dworkin's "Legal Empire". The course will be taught in English, but students taking the course will have to ask questions and discuss in Chinese. In the second half of the semester, I plan to read the book James Gordley, The Jurists, which briefly discusses the development history of European legal thought in various periods such as Roman jurisprudence, medieval jurisprudence, humanistic jurisprudence, rational natural law, and the historical school of law. The course will be taught in Chinese.
