本課程以景觀領域之議題及研究論述為主,透過授課教師專題研究講授、同儕簡報自己有興趣的景觀議題與研究構想,同儕之間的相互評論,以及老師的評論等方式進行,目的在協助碩士在職專班一年級之學生開拓景觀領域的視野,從中發掘有興趣探討的主題,並進一步發展出自己的論文研究方向。故依據碩專班之修業學則,訂定目標如下:
1.瞭解景觀領域的面向、各面向之相關研究議題及研究成果。
2.結合景觀實務與理論,評論景觀領域相關研究成果。
3.開始尋找或發展自己有興趣的研究、規劃、或設計論文主題及範疇,發展出初步之論文研究主題及研究範圍。
4.針對自己有興趣的研究、規劃、或設計論文主題進行文獻回顧與評述、及案例分析,並提出完整的心得報告。This course focuses on issues and research discussions in the field of landscape. It is conducted through special research lectures by the lecturer, peer presentations on landscape issues and research ideas that they are interested in, mutual comments between peers, and teacher comments. The purpose is to assist First-year students in the master's degree program broaden their horizons in the field of landscape, discover topics they are interested in exploring, and further develop their own thesis research directions. Therefore, based on the academic principles of the master’s program, the goals are set as follows:
1. Understand the aspects of the landscape field, the relevant research topics and research results of each aspect.
2. Combine landscape practice and theory to comment on relevant research results in the field of landscape.
3. Begin to search for or develop research, planning, or design thesis topics and categories that you are interested in, and develop preliminary thesis research topics and research scope.
4. Conduct literature review, commentary, and case analysis on the research, planning, or design thesis topic that you are interested in, and submit a complete report on your experience.

This course takes topics and research discussions in the field of landscape as the main content. It is conducted through peer presentations on landscape topics and research ideas that they are interested in, mutual comments between peers, and teacher comments. The purpose is to assist the master's in-service class. First-year students broaden their horizons in the field of landscape, discover topics they are interested in exploring, and further develop their own thesis research directions.
