食品科學與其他生物相關領域之研究中,諸如毒性與功能分析,感染之檢測等,細胞操作皆為重要環節。本課程預計提供學生基礎之操作技巧與正確的觀念,提供其在學與未來研究以及相關工作之所需。由細胞實驗準備工作與無菌觀念開始,逐步實習培養基配製、動物細胞冷凍解凍與繼代培養、顯微鏡觀察與數位記錄,進而進行基因轉殖及後續之分析,包含螢光顯微鏡分析、流式細胞分析、西方轉漬、免疫螢光分析、染色體分析與細胞組織染色等,期能提供完整動物細胞操作之學習。In the study of food science and other biological related fields, cell operation is important for toxicity and functional analysis, infection detection, etc. This course is intended to provide students with basic operating skills and correct concepts, providing their needs for learning and future research and related work. Starting from cell experiment preparation and sterile concepts, we gradually practice culture base preparation, animal cell cold-ablative and subculture cultivation, microscope observation and digital recording, and then conduct gene regeneration and subsequent analysis, including vitiligo microscope analysis and flow cell analysis. , Western transduction, immunoluminescence analysis, chromatography analysis and cell tissue staining, etc., can provide complete learning of animal cell operation.
