教育目標 Course Target

長久以來,因為我國的消費者以及商業形態深受日本的影響,所以我國的食品產業在生產技術的開發、包裝設計、口味配方、生產機具等方面,都經常與日本的產業界以及學界進行技術合作。甚至在最近幾年,則是在廣告方式以及流通構造等商業機能當中,大量引進日本的理念或是經營策略。 我國在2002年加入WTO之後,農產品以及食品的產業就更進一步的面臨自由化與國際化的浪潮;除了商品的流通方式邁入更為多元、多邊貿易的時代,經營組織本身在人力召集、資金籌措、原料調度、研究開發、資源整合等領域,也比以往更為須要處理國際性事務。 為培育本校農學院學生具有更為成熟、正確的國際事務參與能力,因此在農健學院的整合規劃之下,與日本的姊妹校共同合作,在研究所開設「國際學習講座」課程,並由何若瑄老師擔任授課教師。藉由實施此一開創性的講座計畫,協助學生達成下列目標: (1)瞭解日本的大學食品科學教育制度與學習成果 (2)掌握最新的食品研發科技與市場發展現況 (3)拓展國際視野,培養處理國際事務之能力 (4)參觀日本的食品企業並理解其國際化經營策略在本校農學院的整合規劃之下,與日本姐妹校共同合作,在研究所開設「國際學習講座」課程。於暑期實施學習營活動,依照雙方的國際教育合作協定而擬定開課內容與實習課程。雖然本科目開設於研究所,但是大學部4年級學生可以選修。For a long time, because our country's consumers and business patterns have been deeply influenced by Japan, our country's food industry has often conducted technological exchanges with Japanese industry and academia in the development of production technology, packaging design, flavor formulas, production machinery, etc. cooperate. After my country joined the WTO in 2002, the agricultural products and food industries have further faced the wave of liberalization and internationalization; in addition to the circulation of commodities entering an era of more diversified and multilateral trade, the operating organization itself has been in the process of recruiting manpower and funding. In areas such as financing, raw material dispatch, research and development, and resource integration, it is more necessary than ever to handle international affairs. In order to cultivate the students of the School of Agriculture of our school to have a more mature and correct ability to participate in international affairs, under the integrated planning of the School of Agriculture and Health, we have cooperated with sister schools in Japan to offer the "International Learning Lecture" course at the institute, and it is organized by Teacher He Ruoxuan serves as the teaching teacher. By implementing this groundbreaking lecture program, we help students achieve the following goals: (1) Understand Japan’s university food science education system and learning outcomes (2) Master the latest food research and development technology and market development status (3) Expand international horizons and cultivate the ability to handle international affairs (4) Visit Japanese food companies and understand their international business strategies. Under the integrated planning of the School of Agriculture of our school, we cooperate with Japanese sister schools to offer "International Learning Lecture" courses at the graduate school. Study camp activities will be implemented in the summer, and the course contents and internship courses will be formulated in accordance with the international education cooperation agreement between the two parties. Although this course is offered in graduate schools, fourth-year undergraduate students can take it as an elective.
