本課程的目標是如何進行食品數據資料分析，建構資料分析的基本知識與技術。從最基礎的資料分析整理、資料庫連結及圖表呈現，以深入淺出的方式帶領學生進行資料科學應用。The goal of this course is how to conduct food data analysis and build basic knowledge and techniques for data analysis. Starting from the most basic data analysis and organization, database linking and chart presentation, students are guided in the application of data science in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
