本課程藉由個案研討引導學生認識管理的重要觀念與方法，並體會理論的實務運用。同時，亦經由個案研討讓學生對產業環境及企業經營決策有更深入的了解。本課程的設計，著重訓練學生思考分析、資訊整合、問題解決、溝通互動、表達提問等能力。
This course guides students to understand the important concepts and methods of management through case study, and is used in a practical way to deal with the theory. At the same time, a case study was also conducted to give students a deeper understanding of the industry environment and corporate decisions. The design of this course focuses on cultivating students' abilities in thinking and analysis, information integration, problem solving, communication and interaction, expression and asking questions.
