本課程藉由個案研討引導學生認識管理的重要觀念與方法，並體會理論的實務運用。同時，亦經由個案研討讓學生對產業環境及企業經營決策有更深入的了解。
本課程的設計，著重訓練學生思考分析、資訊整合、問題解決、溝通互動、表達提問等能力。
This course guides students to understand the important concepts and methods of management through case study, and is used in a practical way to deal with the theory. At the same time, a case study was also conducted to give students a deeper understanding of the industry environment and corporate decisions.
