1.學習中華料理以外的各國飲食文化與美食製作 2.何謂地中海健康金三角飲食文化 3.了解各國飲食文化的差異性&特色 4.學會烹調各國著名佳餚 5.學會製作無國界酒會小點
1. Learn the food culture and food production of various countries other than Chinese cuisine 2. What is the Mediterranean Healthy Golden Triangle Food Culture? 3. Understand the differences and characteristics of food culture in various countries 4. Learn to cook famous dishes from various countries 5. Learn to make snacks for receptions without borders
